What we collect

If you apply, we collect the name, email, city, age range, programme interest, training history, and note you choose to provide. We also keep coarse attribution: page path, referrer host, country code, and campaign source, medium, and name when present.

We do not store your IP address or full browser user-agent. A one-way keyed digest may be used briefly to enforce abuse limits without retaining the source address.

Why and how long

Application details are used to review and reply to your note. Each record receives a retention date twelve months after collection. A daily scheduled process deletes records after that date, normally within 24 hours. You may ask us to delete an eligible record sooner.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the site, D1 records, and Cloudflare Turnstile abuse checks. Optional analytics providers receive data only after consent and never receive application values from us.
